INTERNSHIPS WITH REAL IMPACT

Prodeman renewed its commitment to the Civil Association Learning to Live, incorporating two new interns from the protected workshop.

INTERNSHIPS WITH REAL IMPACT

The alliance between Prodeman and the Civil Association Learning to Live continues to bear fruit. As part of the company's commitment to sustainability and inclusion, this year Francisco and Claudio joined as interns to assist in assembling institutional boxes for visitors and suppliers.

Each of these boxes carries a QR code that invites people to learn about the story and work of the Association, generating visibility for its products and activities, and strengthening the bond between the community and the protected workshop.

"Every shared experience is an opportunity for mutual learning. We deeply value this path we have been building together and are pleased to continue creating spaces for the personal and professional development of those who are part of Learning to Live," expressed representatives from Prodeman.

The Association, which has been operating since 1995 in General Cabrera, currently has 24 workers and produces its own fresh pasta under the brand "Caseritos," in addition to engaging in recycling and peanut sorting tasks. Its work goes far beyond productivity: it offers comprehensive support to people with disabilities, combining recreational activities, therapies, and workshops with a human and community-focused approach.

This new cycle of internships reaffirms Prodeman's commitment to continue promoting initiatives that create real impact, building bridges between industry, institutions, and the local community.
